Summer Evening Workshops

•  5th & 11th August 6-8pm

Using a combination of simple crochet stitches, you’ll create a beautifully textured pouch while building on the beginner techniques you already know. This project is the perfect next step after learning the basics, giving you the chance to develop your skills, gain confidence and see how individual stitches can be combined to create a finished piece.

The Ripple Stitch Pouch includes a pretty cotton fabric lining, adding a lovely detail and making it a practical item to use or gift.

Over two 2-hour workshops, you will be guided through each stage of the project, from working the stitch pattern and shaping the pouch to adding the lining and finishing techniques. With support throughout, you’ll learn new skills, build confidence in your crochet, and complete a handmade pouch to enjoy.

• All materials provided, including yarn and cotton lining fabric, so you can simply arrive and start crocheting.
• The Ripple Stitch Pouch pattern.
• Links to supporting YouTube tutorial videos, so you can revisit techniques and continue working on your project at home.
• Guidance and support throughout both sessions.

Cost for 2 x 2 hour workshops: £85 includes all materials tea & coffee and delicious homemade cake.

Ripple Stitch Pouch Kit £20: 1 x 50 gm ball of DK yarn  (choice of colours), 4mm hook, inner pouch lining, darning needle and pattern.

The class sizes are small (maximum 5 people) and fill up quickly!
