With schools now heading back and the new term underway, September always feels to me like a fresh beginning. It is time to try something new and explore different projects for the Autumn.

If you have always wanted to learn to knit or crochet or simply wish to develop your skills there are classes for all levels.

I have designed a range of single project-based workshops to choose from, without the need to commit to a long course that can be difficult to fit into our busy lifestyles.

Small projects that can be finished in an afternoon, to others that may take a little longer to complete.

If you wish to focus on a longer-term project, choose a KAL (Knit Along) Course where you will be given step-by step guidance for making your garment,  as well as gaining the confidence to make many more beautiful jumpers in the future.

Or a CAL (Crochet Along) Blanket Course for making a beautiful Sampler Square blanket or Simple Squares Cushion using the iconic Granny Square.

The choices of yarns and patterns can be overwhelming so things have been simplified. With the Made in Winchester custom made kits  you’ll have everything you need to get you started. You will leave the classes with new skills and everything you need to take away to complete at home.

The class sizes are small,  a maximum of 5 people, giving everybody lots of help and tuition. If you would like a One-to-One session I can be flexible and arrange a time that suits you.

I absolutely loved the beginners class. I had the best time! Rebecca was a great teacher and I’m already excited for more classes”

You can also come along to a Knit (Crochet) & Natter session with anything you want to get started or are already working on. There is no formal tuition but it is a perfect way to meet other like-minded makers.
